Disneyland Park

Opened in 1955, Disneyland Park was the only theme park designed and built to complete under the supervision of Walt Disney himself. Known as the original Disneyland, this park attracts around 18 million visitors a year and those numbers look to grow even more with the ongoing renovating and expansions in the park.

There are 9 lands in Disneyland; Main Street USA, Adventureland, New Orleans Square, Frontierland, Critter Country, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Fantasyland, Mickey’s Toontown and Tomorrowland.

With a Midwest town vibe, Main Street is the first land you will find yourself in, with a train station, town square, movie theatre, city hall and even a firehouse taking you back to the early 20th century. When walking around the lands, make sure you check out the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the latest addition to the park; Rise of the Resistance – the Star Wars themed ride which opened at the start of 2020.
